What is happening and when?
Please be advised that beginning Monday 24th November, IWNL contractors from GCB Utilities will be conducting essential work on the boundary box containing your water meter. This work may include excavation and reinstatement.
GCB Utilities will make every effort to minimise disruption. IWNL apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.
This essential work is vital to maintaining the long-term reliability of our network and ensuring accurate meter readings.
What this means for you
Starting Monday 24th November at 8am until Monday 15th December at 5pm, there will be a temporary disruption to your water supply lasting up to a maximum of 2 hours whilst the work is undertaken.
GCB Utilities will communicate directly with you in advance on the day when supplies will be temporarily unavailable during this period.
