What is happening and when?

Please be advised that starting Monday 23rd February until Monday 2nd March between 8am and 5pm, IWNL Contractor GCB Utilities will be in the area conducting meter inspections along with upgrades on your water meter. This necessary upgrade is required to enable us to continue to read your meter accurately. 

What this means for you

There will be a temporary disruption to your water supply lasting up to a maximum of 1 hours whilst the work is undertaken.

GCB Utilities will communicate directly with you in advance on the day when supplies will be temporarily unavailable during this period.

You will be notified of any changes to your water serial number, or you will see the details when you receive your next bill. 

Please be advised that you do not have to be present during our visit as the meter is situated outside the property. However, if your meter is located internally, and an appointment is required we will contact you to arrange a suitable time.
