What is happening and when?

Please be informed that starting the week of April 7th, 2025, IWNL contractors GCB Utilities will work on the boundary box for your water meter.

These works can happen anytime within the two-week period below. However, any disruption to your water supply will last no longer than four hours.

GCB Utilities aims to keep disruption to a minimum. IWNL regrets any inconvenience this may cause.

This important work is essential for the long-term reliability of our network. It also allows us to keep reading your meter accurately.

What this means for you

Starting the week of 7th April to April 21st 2025, you will experience a disruption to your water supply. This will last up to a maximum of 4 hours whilst the work is undertaken.

Things to consider before, during and after an interruption to your water supply:

If you are of State Pension age, are disabled or have a long-term illness, and you feel you need a little extra help, we can add you to our Priority Services Register. To find out more, phone us on 02920 028711 or login to your online account; https://portal.iwnl.co.uk/log-in/
