What is happening and when?
Please be informed that on Thursday 17th July, IWNL contractors, GCB Utilities, will be undertaking essential work on the boundary box that houses your water meter.
GCB Utilities will make every effort to minimise disruption. IWNL apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.
This important work is necessary to ensure the long-term reliability of our network and to enable us to continue reading your meter accurately.
What this means for you
Between 8am and 4pm on Thursday 17th July, there may be a temporary disruption to your water supply lasting up to a maximum of 2 hours whilst the work is undertaken. GCB Utilities will knock and advise when supplies will be temporarily unavailable during this period.

- Cloudy water
