What is happening and when?
Please be advised that on Tuesday 5th December 2023, United Utilities will be carrying out essential works on the water connection in your area. The essential works will start at 12.00pm and will be complete by 15:00pm. During this time your water supply may be affected.
United Utilities must perform this vital work to ensure long-term reliability of our network.
What this means for you
During the hours of 12:00pm and 15:00pm on Tuesday 5th December, there will be a disruption to your water supply for a maximum of 3 hours which will commence at any point during those hours.

Water Supply
Before the interruption to your water supply, it may be useful for you to fill up water bottles and store them in the fridge, or fill your kettle, to make sure you have enough water during the interruption.
Cloudy Water
