What is happening and when?

Please be advised that over the coming weeks, IWNL Contractor GCB Utilities will be in the area carrying out meter inspections along with upgrades. For the month of May, we may replace the water meter to enable us to continue to read the meter accurately. 

What this means for you

You will be notified of any changes to your water serial number, or you will see the details when you receive your next bill. 

Please be advised that you do not have to be present during our visit as the meter is situated outside the property. However, if your meter is located internally, and an appointment is required we will contact you to arrange a suitable time.
