What is happening and when?

Please be advised that on Tuesday 25th November and Wednesday 26th November IWNL Contractors – GCB Utilities, will be in the area conducting meter inspections along with upgrades.

What this means for you

Between 8am and 5pm on the 25th and 26th November, there will be a temporary disruption to your water supply lasting up to a maximum of 2 hours whilst the work is undertaken.

GCB Utilities will communicate directly with you in advance on the day when supplies will be temporarily unavailable during this period.

You will be notified of any changes to your water serial number, or you will see the details when you receive your next bill. 

Please be advised that you do not have to be present during our visit as the meter is situated outside the property. However, if your meter is located internally and an appointment is required, we will contact you to arrange a suitable time. 

Things to consider before, during and after an interruption to your water supply:

Before the interruption to your water supply, it may be useful for you to fill up water bottles and store them in the fridge, or fill your kettle, to make sure you have enough water during the interruption.
