What is happening and when?

Please be advised that during the month of February 2025 IWNL contractors will be carrying out meter exchanges in your building.

During this time, there will be interruption to your water services. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

What this means for you

During the month of February 2025 between 08:00 to 17:00 your water meter will be exchanged. During this time, your water supply may be interrupted for short period of time, or you may have lower pressure.

Please note that when we exchange your meter, we will start receiving accurate readings. If you’ve had estimated readings before, your bills may increase with the accurate one. For help with your bills, visit www.iwnl.co.uk/help-and-advice/bills/ or call 02920 028711.

Things to consider before, during and after an interruption to your water supply:
