What is happening and when?
Please be advised that on 15th April 2025 between 09:00am to 11:30am, IWNL contractors will be carrying out essential work on the boundary box that houses your water meter.
IWNL must perform this vital work to ensure long-term reliability of our network.
What this means for you
On 15th April 2025, there may be a potential disruption to your water supply for a maximum of 4 hours.
Things to consider before, during and after an interruption to your water supply:
- Water Supply
Before the interruption to your water supply, it may be useful for you to fill up water bottles and store them in the fridge, or fill your kettle, to make sure you have enough water during the interruption.
- Cloudy Water
