What is happening and when?
Please be advised that on Wednesday 14th June 2023, United Utilities will be carrying out essential works on the water connection in your area. The essential works will start at 10:00am and will be complete by 1:00pm.
Performing maintenance work is vital in ensuring the long-term reliability of our network.
What this means for you
During the hours of 10:00am and 1:00pm, your water supply will be shut off, and you will not be able to use your supply. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause you.
Things to consider before, during and after an interruption to your water supply:

IWNL’s Priority Services Register
Every so often we all need some extra support and we want to be able to help you in the best way possible. That’s why we ask you to let us know if you or anyone in your home needs a little extra help, perhaps because of their age, health or a disability, or if they’re going through a difficult time in their lives. If you feel you need a little extra help, we can add you to our Priority Services Register. To find out more please click here, contact us or login to your online account.

Water supply
As your supply will be unavailable during the maintenance, before it starts, it may be useful for you to fill up water bottles and store them in the fridge, or fill your kettle, to make sure you have enough water during the interruption.

Cloudy water
After an interruption to the water supply, your water may look discoloured or cloudy. Run your taps for a few minutes and it should run clear. If you are concerned about the quality of your water, you can contact us.
