Ofwat, the economic regulator of the water sector in England and Wales, sets limits on what companies can charge.
Ofwat has approved major improvements to be made to the water sector over the next 5 years. To fund these investments, and meet new environmental rules, Ofwat has agreed with water suppliers that between 2025 and 2030, bills across England and Wales will rise by an average of £31 a year.
Our prices are increasing in line with the incumbent, but we match our charges to the local water supplier in your area. This ensures you never pay more than you would with the traditional supplier. We also apply a 2.5% discount on the water volumetric section of your bill.
