Please contact us on 02920 028 711 or send us a contact form to let us know you are moving. We need to calculate your final bill, so please provide us with a final meter reading (taken on the day you move), or allow us to use an estimated reading.
Your final meter reading can be submitted to us using the submit a meter reading feature on your online account, over the phone or in a contact form.
We will transfer and credit/debit to your new address if it is within our area of supply or send you a refund or final statement if you are moving out of the area.
