I'm moving house soon. What do I have to do?

Please fill in our online form or call us on 02920 028 711 with details of your new address. You should do this at least two working days in advance, or you may be liable for charges.

Also, we need to calculate your final bill, so please provide us with a final meter reading (taken on the day you move), or allow us to use an estimated reading. We will transfer and credit/debit to your new address if it is within our area of supply or send you a refund or final statement if you are moving out of the area.
