Moving out of a property served by IWNL

If you are moving out of a house serviced by IWNL, we will need to calculate your final bill. To enable us to complete this, please do one of the following:

Moving House
  • Provide us with a final meter reading, or
  • Allow us to use an estimated meter reading
  • Please tell us you are moving at least two working days in advance, or you may be liable for charges.

Moving into a property served by IWNL

If you are moving into a property served by IWNL there are a few things to do to get started.

Let us know you have moved in - in order for us to set up your account, you need to register with us. You can either fill in our Property Occupation Form here or call us on 02920 028 711 and we will take care of the rest.

Before you register, make sure you have the following information to hand:

  • Your post code and full address
  • Your move in date
  • Your meter serial number
  • Your meter reading on or after the day you moved in

If you cannot locate your meter, or are unable to take a read, don’t worry. We will still be able to register you over the phone. Just give us a call on 02920 028 711 and we can register you without these details.
