If you would like to register for Individual Needs and you are a new customer, please fill out the Property Occupation form , or ring us on 02920 028 711 and one of our Customer Service team will be happy to help you. Alternatively, if you already have an online account, you can log in and inform us of your Individual Needs by using the 'update your details' section.

Bogus Callers

Bogus Callers

Unfortunately, there are criminals who may pretend to work for utility companies to gain entry to your home. We label them 'Bogus Callers'.

Please bear in mind that it is very rare for us to visit your home without an appointment.

All our employees and service providers working on our behalf carry ID cards with their picture on it. Ask to see the ID card before you let them into your home. If you're unsure, call us on 02920 028 711 to check the validity of a caller. Do not phone the number on the caller's ID card.

We also offer a password scheme, which we will use to help identify ourselves. This service is free and available to all our customers.
